Our 运动科学 major is designed to help meet the dynamic need of health specialists, specifically in fitness assessment, exercise prescription and program leadership. You'll be equipped with skills and competencies for careers in the growing fields of exercise physiology, 个人培训, 强度 and conditioning, cardiac rehabilitation, lifestyle management, and corporate wellness. In our exercise science lab, you'll have opportunities to conduct hands-on research with athletes and teams. You will learn to design and implement testing for topics such as maximal aerobic function, 心电图, metabolic analysis, resting energy expenditure, 身体成分, 强度, 权力, 速度, 和敏捷性.
